Journal Assignment

In your journal, answer the following questions:

  1. What does investing in myself mean to me?
  2. Am I willing and ready to commit?

Once you are satisfied with what you've written, record a video NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES and post to the Facebook group. You can use your phone to make it easy, or your webcam. You can either pre-record and upload, or go live in the group.
