Journal Assignment

In your journal, answer the following questions:

  1. How did my family of origin impact me in a positive way?
  2. How did it impact me in a negative way?
  3. Where do I need to dig deeper to look at the facts and accept that the situations surrounding my FOO just ARE.

Once you are satisfied with what you've written, record a video NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES and post to the Facebook group. You can use your phone to make it easy, or your webcam. You can either pre-record and upload, or go live in the group.
