Assignment
Make sure you have complete privacy and uninterrupted time. Lock yourself in your bathroom and stand in front of the mirror naked. Look at yourself for 2 minutes. Try to see beyond the body and look deep into the soul of the woman in the mirror.
When you are finished, write in your journal about who you saw in the mirror.
Once you are satisfied with what you've written, record a video NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES and post to the Facebook group. You can use your phone to make it easy, or your webcam. You can either pre-record and upload, or go live in the group.
