Journal Assignment

In your journal, answer the following question:

  1. What is the story I'm telling myself about how my day is going so far?
  2. Is that story really true?
  3. What can I do to shift the story?

Once you are satisfied with what you've written, record a video NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES and post to the Facebook group. You can use your phone to make it easy, or your webcam. You can either pre-record and upload, or go live in the group.
