Journal Assignment

In your journal, answer the following questions:

  1. For each of the Core 4 areas, what obstacles are in my way?
  2. For each, how did they get there?

Once you are satisfied with what you've written, record a video NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES and post to the Facebook group. You can use your phone to make it easy, or your webcam. You can either pre-record and upload, or go live in the group.
